1 Thessalonians 2 shows us the heart of a shepherd. Paul cared more about people than applause, loved people enough to give himself away, and told people the truth because he wanted to see them grow. Shepherding is not reserved for pastors. Every follower of Jesus can invest in others, walk alongside them, and point them toward the Good Shepherd.
