Thessalonians Series; wk. 1 - 1 Thessalonians 1: A Church Ready for Jesus

1 Thessalonians 1 shows us what it looks like to live ready for the return of Jesus. The Thessalonian believers did not wait passively. Their faith worked, their love labored, and their hope endured. They turned from idols, became witnesses to the world, and lived with their eyes fixed on Christ. Jesus is coming again, and until He does, we are called to live with the porch light on.
