Summer Series wk. 5: Magnified 6.22.25
Magnified
This week, we wrapped up an incredible Kids Camp where 29 children from across the Vegas Valley came to hear about Jesus—many for the very first time. The theme was Magnified, and as we taught Bible stories, our goal was simple: to help kids zoom in on the greatness of God and see His love clearly.
We explored what it means to magnify something—not to make it bigger than it is, but to bring it into focus. That’s what we’re called to do with God's Word and His love. Whether looking at the vastness of creation or the intimacy of Scripture, when we slow down and focus, we begin to see how deeply personal and powerful God’s love truly is.
Psalm 34 invites us to do just that: to magnify the Lord and exalt His name together. It's a call to worship, to testify, and to remember that God sees us, loves us, and cares about every detail of our lives.
Throughout the week, kids learned three foundational truths:
As we reflect on these stories, we’re reminded that the cross is the ultimate magnification of God’s love. When we fix our eyes on Jesus and what He’s done for us, everything else comes into focus. No matter where you’ve been or what storm you're in, God’s love is steady and sure.
So here are the two big questions:
Challenge Questions: Do you believe that God sees, loves, and cares for you? And if you do—are you proclaiming that truth to others?
This week, we challenge you to live like someone who is deeply valued by God. Submit your life to His love and leadership—and then go share it. Whether it’s through a conversation with a friend, a prayer with a neighbor, or a testimony of what God has done in your life—proclaim His greatness.
Let’s not keep this good news to ourselves. Let’s exalt His name—together.

Throughout the week, kids learned three foundational truths:
- God Sees Me – Just like when Jesus welcomed the children in Mark 10, we’re reminded that no one is too small or too broken for Jesus. He sees each of us—our struggles, our fears, our hopes—and He invites us to come to Him.
- God Cares About Me – When the storm raged and the disciples panicked, Jesus calmed the wind and waves with a word. In the same way, God brings peace in the chaos of our lives. He’s not distant; He’s present and powerful.
- God Loves Me – In the story of the Samaritan woman, Jesus met someone the world rejected. He knew her past and offered her living water anyway. That’s the kind of love God has for all of us—personal, sacrificial, and unchanging.
As we reflect on these stories, we’re reminded that the cross is the ultimate magnification of God’s love. When we fix our eyes on Jesus and what He’s done for us, everything else comes into focus. No matter where you’ve been or what storm you're in, God’s love is steady and sure.
